    HI Warwick. Keep up the great momentum. Shed those kilos. No compromise on the exercise. Keep up the inspiring work.

    I’ll be keeping tabs on your progress. Remember one word – PUMP. If you feel you are slacking off. Say to yourself. I want PUMP.

    HI Warwick. I’ve been doing some dieting myself.
    Some tips i found useful.
    1. Take your own lunch – always.
    2. Don’t have any soft drinks or chips around the house.
    3. Have those eclipse mints on you. When you feel hungry pop one.
