Hey Wazza! Can I suggest an amazing book to add to your list: 'Instant Calm' by Paul Wilson. Actually Paul Wilson has written a number of books that I am hoping to read. I suppose very simply, one of his things is that an event is like a cloud in the sky- it is what it is. It floats by and how we let it effect us is the crux of the matter.

And as for tea... let yourself discover green tea- not bags, but the real stuff! Send me your address and I will post you some samples! I know that coffee (or caffeine) fuels my anxiety and now limit myself to 3 cups a day (often it is just 1 or 2) and none after 4pm. I used to be a tea drinker in the morning and coffee at night- now it is the other way around!
