Having a blog is well and good, but I prefer to blog from some type of blog client, rather than directly into the web interface.
A little bit less immediacy, perhaps? I can save an entry as a draft locally, and maybe think better of it later. I’ve saved myself from more than one faux pas that way.

Just what I felt like I needed. A bug.
But a stupidly bizarre bug. Every time I try to open a particular folder on the server using the built-in FTP client, DreamWeaver crashes. It’s patched to 7.0.1. It’s all legal. All my software is. Tried deleting the cache, recreating the site.
Probaby should submit a bug report to Macromedia, but I’m not sure it’s worth it.
Whatever.
Starting again from scratch, with a new blog.
After the disaster that was a crashed server, and the fact that somewhere I still have those posts in some format that I can’t currently access.
That, and WordPress comes free with my new domain host.
Gah. Hate the default theme.
